Homemade Ladi Pav

 Homemade Ladi Pav

Hey guys!! Welcome back to my blogging page, today I am going to show you how to make an Indian-style Homemade Ladi Pav. You must be thinking, OMG! Ladi Pav made at home? are we dreaming? Close your eyes and imagine that you are with your family, you have made Pav Bhaji with lots of ghee and drinking juice. When you cut the pav, it looks so soft and spongy, YOU'RE DROOLING AM I RIGHT? Don't worry, I have come up with an amazing recipe which can be made very easily. Let's know more about this dish.

So, this is a soft and puffy Indian-style bread recipe made with plain flour and dry yeast. Basically, the Indian version of Ladi Pav is very similar to the dinner roll, but softer without crisp texture. It is ideally served with Pav Bhaji, Misal Pav, or Vada Pav.

For those of you who haven't heard about Pav Bhaji, it is a fast food dish from India consisting of a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Its origins are in the state of Maharashtra.

For those of you who haven't heard about Misal Pav, Misal pav is a popular dish from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. It consists of misal and pav. The final dish is topped with sev, onions, lemon, and coriander. It is usually served with bread or rolls toasted with butter and buttermilk or curd and papad.

For those of you who haven't heard about Vada Pav, Vada pav, alternatively spelled wada pao, is a vegetarian fast food dish native to the state of Maharashtra. The dish consists of a deep-fried potato dumpling placed inside a bread bun sliced almost in half through the middle. It is generally accompanied by one or more chutneys and green chili pepper.

Okay, So without further ado, I present to you, How to make: Homemade Ladi Pav

Ingredients:

  1.  1/2 cup  lukewarm milk
  2.  4 and 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  3.  4 teaspoon sugar
  4.  4 cup all-purpose flour
  5.  Salt as per taste
  6.  1 cup milk
  7.  2 tablespoons of clarified butter/ ghee
Instructions:

In a big bowl, add 1/2 cup lukewarm milk, 4 and 1/2 teaspoon yeast, 4 teaspoon sugar, and mix it well. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, your yeast will be fermented nicely. Then you have to add the dry ingredients to the yeast mixture. So, using a siever, sieve 4 cups of all-purpose flour and salt as per taste. Then combine everything together. after that, add 1 cup of milk in batches and form a nice, soft dough (add 2 tablespoons of ghee in between). Click the link given below to see how the dough looks. you can also see all the steps like how the dough looks after rising, etc. After making a nice dough, add it to a big, greased bowl and cover it nicely with a foil for rising. Keep it in a warm place for 1 hour. After that, when the dough would rise well, punch the dough nicely. And tuck it from the insides. then cut the dough into 12 halves or how much ever you want, you can increase the quantity of all the ingredients as per that. Then grease a baking tin lined with parchment paper, and put all 12 pieces in it, tucking them slightly from insides, then again keep it in a warm place for 2nd rise. I really prefer you to see the video for a better explanation. So after the second rise, give the balls a nice milk wash and keep it for baking at 180 degree Celcius for 20 minutes. After baking, give it a butter wash Aaand!!! it's ready!! enjoy the pav by making Pav Bhaji/ Misal Pav/ Vada Pav. Bagel Bread

Bagel Bread Hey guys!!  Welcome back to my blogging page , today I am going to show you how to make an amazing recipe, Bagel bread, before we know more about the recipe, let me tell you that this bread has half of the calories of a piece of brown bread, it's really healthy but if you're making all-purpose flour bagels, it wouldn't be that healthy. And it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you're making it for lunch or dinner, you can cut it from the middle and stuff some vegetables in between, and have it. The link for this video is given below, you can check it out on how do you do that. Ok, now let's know about the dish. A bagel , also spelled beigel, is a bread product originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. It is traditionally shaped by hand into the form of a ring from yeasted wheat dough, roughly hand-sized, that is first boiled for a short time in water and then baked. These are really tasty as well as healthy. They are traditionally
