Hey Guys! What up, welcome back to my blogging page!! Today I have a very interesting recipe for ya'all- Cheesy Maggi Momos! It's super tasty and so innovative! It's just amazing! And if you don't try this recipe, then later you'll really feel that you should have made it!! So try it soon!! I am also gonna share you the recipe for Momos Chutney... Which is super tangy and delicious too.... So, Lets know about WHAT IS MOMOS:

So, about Maggi Momos, Besides Maggi noodles stuffing, it can also be prepared with several other stuffing. the most famous momos vegetarian recipe is the veggie momos recipe prepared with only vegetables. but the momos can also be prepared with boiled mashed potatoes to make aloo momos. the other most famous momos recipe in the vegetarian section is Paneer Momos which is a combination of finely chopped vegetables and grated Paneer

So without further ado, I present to you, how to make: Cheesy Maggi Momos

MOMOS CHUTNEY

Ingredients, For Momos Chutney

  • 2 cups of water
  • 15- 20 red chillies (Gees, let me tell u that u can reduce the quantity as it's way too spicy!! AH- 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tomato
Instructions:
  • In a pan, add 2 cups of water, 15 - 20 red chillies and bring the water to a boil.
  • Gees, let me tell u that u can reduce the quantity as it's way too spicy!!
  • Once the red chillies are half cooked, add 1 onion and 1 tomato (cut in half)
  • after you have sauteed it well, u can see that the skin of the tomato has been separated, at this stage just discard the skin, add the mixture which we just made in a mixer grinder and grind it to a smooth paste.
MOMOS DOUGH:

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup maida/ all-purpose flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • water as needed
Instructions:
  • I bet all of u know how to knead the dough, mix everything well and make a nice and soft dough, if still ur having trouble, then click the video link given below to see how to make a momos dough.
  • Keep it for resting for 1 hour, till then u can make the stuffing

MOMOS FILLING:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • half finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  •  salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 pack Maggi noodles+taste maker
  • 2 cheese slice


  • Now in a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute it well. Then add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped carrot, half finely chopped capsicum and saute it well. 
  • Then add 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and mix well. Then add salt as per taste.
  • then add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and again mix it well.
  • then add 1 cup water, 2 pack Maggi noodles+taste maker. Mix until Maggi is cooked nicely.
  • then add 2 cheese slice and mix them till the cheese is melted.
  • Knead the dough again, and make small balls out of it.
  • roll small chapati and stuff the filling in middle.
  • then close it and secure it nicely from all the sides. You can give any shape to it. You can again, check out the video and see different shapes.
  • Then keep it in a steam pot on a cloth for 10 minutes.
  • And it's ready!!! Enjoy!!😍
