A bowl of masoor dal is all you need to meet your daily requirement of essential nutrients. It’s an easy to cook dal as it is a split lentil without skin and does not need prior soaking. Masoor dal with a mild sweetness and earthy flavour melds well with all spices and can be cooked into various delicious.It is a healthy addition for all those who want to lose weight due to its high fibre and protein content. It is also a rich source of potassium, which acts as a vasodilator and controls blood pressure.
So without further ado, I present to you how to make- Chatpata Paneer In Masoor Daal Wrap.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup red masoor daal
- 1/2 cup ANY type of rice
- 1-inch ginger or as per your taste
- three green chillies chopped or as per your taste
- salt as per your taste
- water as required
- 250-gram paneer/cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi
- 1 tablespoon oil
- cucumbers
- carrots
- onions
- mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli vinegar
- green dhaniya chutney
- 20.cheese (sliced/ grated)
