Ingredients:

  1.   1 1/2 cup red masoor daal
  2.  1/2 cup ANY type of rice
  3.  1-inch ginger or as per your taste
  4.  three green chillies chopped or as per your taste
  5.  salt as per your taste
  6.  water as required
  7.  250-gram paneer/cottage cheese
  8.  1 1/2 tablespoon oil
  9.  1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10.  1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder
  11.  salt as per taste
  12.  1 tablespoon Kasuri methi
  13.  1 tablespoon oil
  14.  cucumbers
  15.  carrots
  16.  onions
  17.  mayonnaise
  18.  1/2 teaspoon chilli vinegar
  19.  green dhaniya chutney
  20.  20.cheese (sliced/ grated)

Instructions:
In a very big bowl, add 1 1/2 cup of masoor dal and 1/2 cup of any type of rice you want. then wash it thrice with water and when it's finally washed, add water in it and soak it for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. after 4 to 6 hours of soaking, you have to grind it. add the mixture in the mixer (Okay this is confusing, I actually mean that add the red masoor dal and the rice mixture which was soaked for 6 hours, inside the mixer in which you're gonna grind it😂) then add 1 inch of ginger, three chopped green chilli, salt as per you taste, and water (Some amount of it) in the mixer and grind it. So I have also given pictures above so you can see the right consistency of the batter. now keep aside the batter till we prepare the paneer/cottage cheese for stuffing. Now take 250 grams of paneer and cut it into small cubes. Paneer is an interesting versatile food to taste, there are always many ways to consume paneer as it is an excellent source of casein protein and one of the best food for muscles. After you're done with cutting the paneer/cottage cheese, that a separate bowl and marinate the paneer using 1 and 1/1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder, salt as per your taste and 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi. now add the paneer/cottage cheese to that bowl and marinate it. Now keep it aside for 20 minutes, till then you have to make the dosa for the wrap. preheat your nonstick Tawa and on that pour one ladder of dosa mixture and spread it in a circular way to make dosa. flip it one the other side and make sure that you DO NOT COOK THE DOSA COMPLETLY. now in a pan, add 1tbsp of oil and cook the marinated paneer well for about 2 minutes. keep on tossing them in between. after they are done, keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
Take any types of vegetables you want, I have taken cucumber, carrot, onion and have cut in into ribbon shape.
Now let's assemble our masoor dal wrap. Give it a cut from the middle, only in the half of the dosa. then spread sechewan sauce on it, I have used homemade, you can use store-bought. now on one triangle add the paneer and beside it add mayonnaise, and beside it, green chutney and on top of green chutney add the salads we had prepared and besides that ad sliced of grated cheese, all in all, it's your choice on what and where you will assemble. now wrap it on all the sides, you can see how to do it all in the pictures above. now after all is done, put the wraps in a pan which has oil and cook it from both sides. after it's done, Finally, our Chatpata Paneer In Masoor Daal Wrap is ready!! Enjoy😍😊😋
