Four  Summer Drinks



Hey Guys, it's Mishty. So Summer is here, and it's the hottest of the four temperate seasons, As we welcome summers, let us refresh and replenish our body with some of the best summer beverages in order to beat the heat. So today, I am gonna show you how to make Four Easy Summer Drinks. These drinks are healthy and, refreshing fruit beverages for the scorching summer heat. These fruit juices are made with different types of fruits like mango, watermelon, lemon, etc. when summers come, the temperature soars up high making everyone feel sweaty and tired, and at this point, it's really very important to stay hydrated. our body tends to lose water, even more, faster due to excessive sweating,  While water is the important drink to quench thirst, you can try other summery beverages that not only satisfy your thirst but also keep your body cool.

So without further ado, I present to you, How to make: Four Easy Summer Drinks.



  1. Aam Panna
  2.  Mohabbat Ka Sharbat
  3.  Pudina/ Mint leaves Sharbat
  4.  Watermelon Mohito

1. Aam Panna

Ingredients:
  1.  2 raw mango
  2.  2 liters of water
  3.  2 tablespoon of Jeera/ Cumin powder
  4.  1 tablespoon of red chili powder
  5.  1 tablespoon black pepper
  6.  salt as per your taste
  7.  1 tablespoon black salt
  8.  1 cup sugar
  9. ice cubes
  10.  mint leaves

Instructions:
Take two raw mangoes ( kaccha Keri) and cut them well. now add the mangoes to a pan and then add 2 liters of water to it. then add all the spices- cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, salt as per your taste, black salt, and sugar. their quantities are given above in the ingredients part. Then boil it for 25-30 minutes or till the skin separates from the pulp. After it boiled, if there is any remaining pulp left, you can scrape and remove it using a spoon. after that, the  puree which  is made with the PULP of the mango, add it to the mixer along with the mango concentrate (the water which was left after we removed the pulp.) After you've blent it well, add it to a big jar, and you can store it for a few days.

Presentation:
Fill half of the glass with ice and then add 3 tablespoons of the paste we had made, then fill the glass with water, mix it and garnish it with pudina/ mint leaves. ENJOY!!


2. Mohabbat Ka Sharbat

Ingredients:

  1.  1 cup of watermelon cubes
  2.  2 tablespoons of sugar
  3.  3 tablespoons of rooh afhza or rose syrup
  4.  ice cubes
  5.  extra watermelon cubes

Instructions:
Take a watermelon and cut it into cubes. then add the cubes (1 cup) to a blender and blend them. after blending it, filter it so that the seeds are left behind. Add the juice to a big bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of rooh afhza in it and mix it well.

Presentation:
 Fill half of the glass with ice, then pour the sharbat in it, top it with watermelon cubes. ENJOY!


3. Pudina/ Mint leaves Sharbat

Ingredients:

  1. 2  Lemons
  2.  1 tablespoon of Sugar
  3.  A handful of Mint Leaves/Pudina 
  4.  Ice Cubes
  5.  Some extra mint leaves for presentation
Instructions:
Take two lemons, cut them and add their juice to a blender, and add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a handful of mint leaves in it. Then blend it. After Blending, Filter it. Then add it to a big bowl and mix it well.

Presentation:
Fill half of the glass with ice, then pour the sharbat in it, top it with Pudina/ Mint leaves and lemon. ENJOY!


4. Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients:

  1.  Some Mint Leaves
  2.  10- 20 Watermelon cubes
  3.  1 tablespoon sugar
  4.  Juice of 1 lemon
  5.  Soda
Instructions:
In a blender, add some mint leaves, 10-20 Watermelon cubes, 1 tablespoon of sugar, juice of 1 lemon, and blend all these ingredients. After blending, Filter it. 

Presentation:
Fill half of the glass with ice, then pour some of the Watermelon Mojito or till it fills half of the glass, then fill the rest of the half glass with Soda. Top it with Mint leaves/ Pudina and Watermelon. ENJOY!
