Bagel Bread

 Bagel Bread

Hey guys!!  Welcome back to my blogging page, today I am going to show you how to make an amazing recipe, Bagel bread, before we know more about the recipe, let me tell you that this bread has half of the calories of a piece of brown bread, it's really healthy but if you're making all-purpose flour bagels, it wouldn't be that healthy. And it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you're making it for lunch or dinner, you can cut it from the middle and stuff some vegetables in between, and have it. The link for this video is given below, you can check it out on how do you do that. Ok, now let's know about the dish.

A bagel, also spelled beigel, is a bread product originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. It is traditionally shaped by hand into the form of a ring from yeasted wheat dough, roughly hand-sized, that is first boiled for a short time in water and then baked. These are really tasty as well as healthy. They are traditionally shaped by hand into the form of a ring from the yeasted dough.

So without further ado, I present to you, how to make: Bagel Bread.

Ingredients:

  1. Half cup warm water
  2.  1 tablespoon dry yeast
  3.  4 cup all-purpose flour
  4.  2 teaspoon salt
  5.  Warm Water as needed for the dough
  6.  Some mustard and sesame seeds

Take a bowl, in that, add half a cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of dry yeast, then stir it and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Till then in another bowl, add 4 cups of all-purpose flour and  2 teaspoons of salt, and mix it well. Then add the yeast mixture which we had kept for fermentation, Then add warm water in batches as needed for making the dough. Form a nice, soft dough, keep adding water, if you need more, you can add. After the dough is ready, Fold it inward and keep it in a greased bowl in a warm place for fermentation for 1 hour, make sure you cover it with foil paper. After the dough would have risen well, punch it nicely, that would be a fun part, DUH! After that, divide the dough into equal size and fold each of the dough inwards and pinch it together and make a neat ball. Then make a hole in the center of the ball. It should look almost like a doughnut. The hole should be of at least 1 inch, holes allow the bagels to cook consistently all around as the dough is quite thick and you want to be sure if it's cooked from all the sides. Do the same with all the others. add 1 tablespoon of honey to a pot of water, boil it nicely and place the Bagels in the pot. Cook it for 1 min each side. This is a very important step, to know why, click the link given below. Place the Bagels in a lined and greased parchment paper and brush them with milk. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of it. You can use any seeds of your choice. Bake it at 180 degrees Celcius for 25 min. Once it's ready, give it any filling of your choice, and ENJOY!!!
